ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION
Account & Subscription
Create your account, refresh your configuration, or switch devices from your existing account.
Do I need an email address to create an account? How should I keep my account details safe?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can keep track of and a unique password you don’t use on other sites. Save your login details in a trusted password manager. Use the same account to view orders, download clients, refresh your subscription, or submit a support ticket. Since account recovery does not rely on email, don’t assume email recovery is available. If you have trouble signing in, visit the Contact page to see what help options are available. You can share your username and the message shown on screen with support, but never send your password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details.
How do I refresh my subscription link? What if I still see the old routes afterward?
Sign in to the user panel and check your subscription details in the account overview. Then open the client and find the refresh or update option for that subscription. Refresh the subscription configuration itself, not just the server speed-test list. Once updated, make sure the client still has the right configuration selected, then choose a route and reconnect. If the panel shows updated details but the client still displays old information, import the subscription from the panel again. Check that the import worked before removing the old configuration, so you don’t delete settings you still use. If the import fails, note the message shown in the client and report it in a support ticket. Don’t post your full subscription link on a public forum or in a screenshot; it may contain account-specific access credentials.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices? How do I get the client for each platform?
There’s no device limit on simultaneous connections, so switching devices alone doesn’t mean you need to buy another plan. VPNYouth supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to your existing account on the new device, open Downloads in the user panel, choose your platform, and follow the instructions to import your subscription. Sign in to download the client for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The iOS download option is handled by the panel based on your active plan. Don’t copy an installer from another operating system. No device limit refers to the number of devices, not a separate data allowance for each one. Check your plan details in the account panel to see your usage, and keep your account and subscription details secure.
What’s the difference between a monthly subscription and a data package? When does data reset?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the date you activated it, not at the start of the calendar month. Check your remaining data and next reset date in the user panel. Data packages last until their data is used and never expire, making them a good fit if your usage varies and you want to budget based on actual use. Before choosing, consider whether you’ll use the service regularly and whether the included data suits your needs. Don’t compare plans by payment amount alone. When switching plans or reviewing different products, check whether the order is for a monthly subscription or a data package. Don’t rely on an old usage figure in the client to determine your current account benefits. If the panel and client don’t match, refresh your subscription and follow up through a support ticket.
CONNECTION / DIAGNOSIS
Connection & Troubleshooting
Check your local network first, then the client and app. Change one thing at a time.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check?
First, disconnect the proxy temporarily and check whether your local network can still access websites that normally work. If the local connection is also having issues, check your router, Wi-Fi, or current network. Reconnect, confirm that the right configuration and route are selected in the client, then test your browser and the affected app separately. If only one site fails, check the app’s routing rules. If all proxy traffic fails, try another route and check the client log for an error message. Change one setting at a time and note what happens. Changing the route, mode, and DNS all at once makes it difficult to identify the cause. If the issue persists, include your troubleshooting steps in a support ticket.
Why does my browser work, but a specific app won’t use the proxy?
A successful connection in the client doesn’t mean every app will automatically use the same network route. Check whether the app has its own proxy settings and whether the client is using rule-based routing, a system proxy, or a mode that requires additional permissions. Some apps ignore the system proxy, and existing rules may send them directly instead. If you understand what each setting does, try another mode temporarily and see whether the app works. Then switch back to the routing setup that suits your everyday use. Don’t turn off system security features without a good reason. If the issue continues, provide the app name, operating system, current mode, and error message in a support ticket to help narrow it down.
Subscription import failed or an update shows an error. Do I need to create a new account?
Check the import process first; there’s usually no need to create a new account. Sign in to your existing account and confirm that the subscription appears in the panel, then use the import method provided there. If you copy the link manually, make sure it’s complete and doesn’t include extra spaces or line breaks. Check that the client supports your platform and that the import option accepts a subscription link rather than a local configuration file. If you’ve imported another service before, make sure you’re not trying to update the wrong configuration. If you see an unsupported format, download failure, or authentication error, save the original message and submit a support ticket. Hide subscription credentials in screenshots, and don’t submit your link to an unfamiliar online conversion tool just to test it.
What information should I include in a support ticket about a connection issue?
Open a support ticket from the user panel and include your operating system, client name, approximate time of the issue, current route name, and the website or app you can’t access. Describe the checks you’ve already tried, such as whether your local network works, whether switching routes helped, and whether the issue affects both your browser and the app. Keep the original wording of any error message. Screenshots should show the relevant screen, but hide your password, full subscription link, and other sensitive details first. Saying only that you can’t connect usually isn’t enough to identify the cause. Describing both what works and what doesn’t makes it easier to distinguish between your local network, client settings, and the destination service. Add any updates to the same ticket to keep the troubleshooting history together.
SPEED / ROUTING
Speed & Routes
Route types help you choose a connection path. Real-world performance depends on your device and the app you’re using.
What should I do if things slow down during peak hours? How should I compare routes?
First, check whether regular websites and other devices on the same network are also slow. This can help rule out local downloads, a weak Wi-Fi signal, or congestion on your network. Keep the app and content you’re accessing the same while testing different routes. Check whether pages finish loading, video keeps buffering, or connections drop frequently. Don’t focus only on the latency shown in the client: a low latency reading doesn’t necessarily mean a smoother sustained connection. If the problem happens only at certain times, note the approximate time, route, and app behavior, then report it in a support ticket. Peak-hour performance can be affected by your network, route congestion, and the destination service. This service does not claim that any route will maintain the same speed at all times.
How do IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes differ?
Think of route types as different connection paths, not as a simple speed ranking. Your experience with IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes can also depend on your local carrier, network conditions, destination, and time of day. If you’re new to the service, start with a route suited to the destination’s region and test it with the service you want to use. If it doesn’t work well, compare it with another route type. The route list shows regions and types, but it can’t replace testing on your own device. Browsing, video streaming, and apps that need a persistent connection have different network requirements, so you don’t need to use the same route for everything. Once you find a route that works, note its name so you can compare it if a problem comes up later.
What does coverage include? Why might the route region differ from the service region?
VPNYouth covers 110+ countries and 230+ routes. Check the route list and user panel for currently available options. A route name usually identifies its exit region or path, but a destination website may also use your account region, payment details, device location settings, and its own detection methods to decide what to show. Selecting a region does not guarantee that a service will display content for that region. First confirm that the client is using the route you selected, then check the message from the destination service. Don’t rely on the page language alone to identify your exit location. If only one service reports the wrong region, include the service name, selected route, and message in a support ticket instead of repeatedly changing your account region.
Netflix or an AI tool won’t open. Will switching routes fix it?
Switching routes can help you tell whether the problem is related to your current connection path, but it can’t resolve every restriction imposed by a destination service. Streaming services such as Netflix and AI tools such as ChatGPT may also be affected by your account status, supported regions, platform security checks, and local app settings. Check the specific message from the service to distinguish a connection timeout from a region or account access issue, then check whether your proxy rules include the app. Keep the same device and account during testing, and avoid changing several conditions at once. Follow each service’s own rules for membership and eligibility. A VPNYouth plan does not include membership benefits for other platforms. Use the scenario details on our guides as a starting point, and check your current access in practice.
BILLING / REFUNDS
Billing & Refunds
Check the product and order details before paying, making a change, or requesting a refund.
What plans and data packages are available? How do I check an order total?
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. Compare options on the Plans page, then check the product name, billing method, data allowance, and amount in the user panel before confirming your order. Don’t confuse monthly subscription data with the total data in a package, and don’t use an old screenshot to verify a current order. If the order details don’t match what you expected, stop before paying and describe the selected product and what the page shows in a support ticket.
What payment methods are available? What should I do if my order doesn’t update after payment?
We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start the payment process from your order in the user panel and check that the selected payment method matches the instructions on screen. For USDT, carefully verify the network, payment details, and amount shown on the page. Don’t reuse details from an old order. After paying, return to the original order to check its status and confirm the transaction in your payment app. If the payment is marked complete but the order hasn’t updated, don’t click repeatedly and risk paying twice, or create another identical order. You can provide the order ID, payment method, and a screenshot of the transaction result in a support ticket. Hide any unrelated sensitive information so support can check the transaction against your order.
How are the price difference and data handled when upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle?
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Select your new plan in the user panel and review the changes on the order confirmation page before continuing. Don’t estimate the amount due by subtracting full monthly prices, or assume that an upgrade adds a separate data allowance. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Check your account overview after the change for the current account details. If you have questions about the prorated amount, plan name, or reset schedule, submit a support ticket before paying with your current and intended plans. The client may still show old details; refresh your subscription if needed and check again. Don’t judge whether an upgrade failed based only on locally cached information.
How do I request a refund within 7 days? What information do I need?
VPNYouth offers refunds within 7 days, no reason required. To request one, sign in to the account used for payment, open a support ticket from the user panel, clearly state that you’re requesting a refund, and include the relevant order ID so the order and payment can be checked. You can mention any issues you encountered, but you don’t need to repeat troubleshooting just to request a refund. If you’d rather get help with your connection first, say so in the ticket. Read the refund terms in the Terms of Service before submitting; the full rules are set out there. Continue the conversation in the original ticket so the details stay together. Don’t post sensitive payment information publicly. Uninstalling the client does not submit a refund request.
