Service Scope

VPNYouth provides access to international routes and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended for cross-border access and access to international websites. It does not include accounts, content licenses or paid benefits from third parties.

Choose routes based on what is shown in the user panel. Network conditions in different regions, website policies and device settings may affect your experience. Coverage does not mean every route can access every third-party service, nor does it guarantee ongoing access to specific content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your account credentials and subscription link secure, and do not post subscription details on public pages. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Unlimited simultaneous devices means users may use the service on devices they own or manage. This does not grant the right to resell or rent access, publicly distribute a subscription, or share an account with others. Personal subscriptions may not be repackaged as a reseller offering or public access service.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances, and check the selected billing option before placing an order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites they access. You may not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks or disrupting other people's networks.

Users are responsible for actions performed through their accounts and the content they transmit. VPNYouth's network access does not constitute legal authorization for any particular use. If you have questions about whether a use is permitted, confirm its legality before proceeding.

Billing and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order information so it can be reviewed and processed. No explanation is required.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, confirm the order amount, plan type and payment method. You can check the refund status through your support ticket. Processing by the payment provider may affect when funds arrive; these terms do not promise a fixed arrival time.

For disputes raised after the request period above, you may submit the order and relevant details for review. Any requirements under applicable law will be handled accordingly. This general disclaimer does not replace the specific refund commitment stated above.

Service Availability and Liability

Maintenance, upstream network changes, local network issues, changes to third-party service policies and events beyond our control may interrupt connections or affect access. VPNYouth does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous connections in any particular region or the content of third-party websites.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network, update your subscription and try a different route. Then submit a support ticket with your device platform, the issue and the circumstances in which it occurred. Please conceal your password and full subscription link when providing materials. Liability is determined under applicable law and based on the circumstances; liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNYouth discovers unlawful use, resale or sharing, network attacks or other serious violations of these terms, it may restrict features, suspend or terminate the relevant account. Where service security is at stake, necessary measures may be taken first. Users who disagree with the action may request a review through a support ticket.

Changes to these terms will be noted through the updated date on this page and announcements on the site. Changes affecting important user rights will be clearly communicated. Updates to these terms alone will not result in arbitrary retroactive changes to the handling of existing orders or refund requests.
