Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNYouth marketing website and user panel. It explains how data is handled when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Third-party payment pages and other websites visited by users are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account Information and Order Records
VPNYouth does not require an email address. A username and password are all that's needed to create an account. An email address is not required to open an account. If users choose to provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request and are not used for marketing emails.
Account data includes the username, password verification data used for login, subscription status, cumulative data usage and order records. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction identifier and processing status. This information is used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds and resolve disputes. Do not include passwords in support tickets.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNYouth follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through its international routes, or store browsing history, destination domains, request content or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Session states required to establish a connection are used temporarily while the connection is being processed and are not retained as historical connection records after it ends. Plan billing uses cumulative data usage at the account level and does not create a list of websites visited. Website login verification, order records and support tickets are account operations data and are handled separately from network access logs.
If you choose to submit materials to report a problem, remove subscription links, access tokens and anything unrelated to troubleshooting first. The service uses submitted materials only to the extent needed to address that specific issue.
Access Statistics and Local Storage
Website access statistics help us understand page views and link clicks. The data processed may include page paths, referral categories, device and browser categories, and interaction events. It does not include browsing activity on international routes. Do not put account credentials or private information in URL parameters.
Cookies or local storage are used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials may be stored locally in the current browser; log out after using a shared device. You can restrict or clear this data in your browser settings. Clearing it may require you to log in again or reselect your preferences.
Third-Party Payments and Data Boundaries
VPNYouth supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorizations and on-chain transfers are handled by the relevant payment service or network, and the associated transaction information is subject to their rules. VPNYouth uses the transaction identifier, amount and payment status needed to complete an order. Users are not asked to provide their payment account password on this website.
The service does not sell account information. Data is processed or shared only as necessary to verify payments, respond to user requests or meet legal obligations. This policy does not give third-party websites access to user account information.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order records are retained for the period necessary to fulfill transactions, process refunds and meet applicable legal requirements. Support ticket materials are kept while an issue is being handled and for a reasonable review period. When no longer needed, they are deleted or de-identified; not all data is guaranteed to be erased at the same time.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may affect login access and subscription delivery. If some transaction data must be retained by law, we will explain what is retained and why, and restrict its use to purposes other than those for which it was originally collected.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
When this policy is updated, the text on this page will be replaced and the update month at the top will be changed. Substantial changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where additional consent is required by law, it will be obtained as required.
If you have questions about how data is used, how long it is retained or the outcome of a deletion request, submit a support ticket through the user panel and include the relevant account and request details. See the Terms of Service for the rules governing use of the service.
